Research & Development

Our R&D team is at the core of Ecritel, constantly creating and improving our offerings.

IT systems

This team is responsible for developing and maintaining our internal tools (API, ERP, CMDB, customer portal, etc.).

Installation and migration

As the name suggests, this team is responsible for planning, implementing and developing your solution.

Supervision

Our customer experience specialists monitor the environment 24 hours a day, every day of the week, every day of the year, in each of our datacenters, and are the first to respond to any alerts or requests from customers.

Systems administration

Our customer support experts, specialized in Unix/Linux or Windows systems, are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, to handle Level I and Level II escalations. This team focuses on two areas:

- The systems team maintains our shared cloud infrastructure,
- The Premium team maintains our dedicated private infrastructure to the unique specifications of each customer.

Network administration

This team maintains Ecritel's basic structure and customer network. It is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, for immediate intervention.
